If you were shopping today in Bluewater, Kent, you may have come across two members of our observer team who were meeting members of the public and encouraging shoppers to take up the challenge of becoming an
Advanced Motorists. Phil Mason and Alan Rowe were our team members with Phil adding "We've had some good interest and a few who will be taking up that challenge very soon"
